The Intern - Test Engineer will support the engineering team in evaluating product performance, reliability, and quality through hands-on testing and data analysis. This role provides exposure to real-world testing environments, including lab work, test setup, data collection, and documentation of results.

What you will be doing:

+ Assist in setting up and executing test plans

+ Work with test engineers to troubleshoot test setups and product performance issues

+ Document test procedures, results, and observations in detailed and organized reports

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, quality, and manufacturing

+ Help with stitching and analyzing video

What you need to be successful in this role:

+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field

+ Basic understanding of engineering principles, testing methods, and product development processes

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

+ Good written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

+ Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on engineering setting

Iteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $23.00 and $28.00 for this role. Actual pay offered may be below or above these amounts, depending on the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
