    Morgan State PROPEL Program – Sophomore Track

     

    The Aon PROPEL Program is a high-touch professional development initiative designed to identify, engage, and empower future leaders from Morgan State University. The program provides sophomores with exposure to the professional services industry along with professional development topics.

     

    Through a series of interactive learning experiences, participants will gain exposure to industry concepts and strengthen career readiness. The program is structured to provide insight and resources that prepare students for internships and early career opportunities in a virtual setting.

     

    Please note: Participation in the program does not guarantee employment with Aon or any affiliated organization.

    Monthly learning sessions providing insight into Aon along with professional development topics such as resume tips, personal branding strategies, and interview preparation.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

     

    Must be in your Sophomore Year at Morgan State University with a GPA of 3.0 or above Interest in exploring careers in professional services and risk management Ability to commit 1 - 2 hours per month for virtual learning sessions and related activities

     

    Education Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Finance, Health Education, Human Resources Management, Health and Human Sciences, Management and Business Administration, Psychology. Other majors will be considered if you have an interest in professional services.
