    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Plus On-Call Rotation

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Lead and train your crew to deliver high-quality floor care

    + Set the pace with clear communication, high standards, and safe practices

    + Handle job site prep, carpet and hard surface cleaning, furniture moving, and equipment operation

    + Assist with residential carpet cleaning when commercial workload allows

    + Use company systems to manage job details and ensure readiness

    + Keep your vehicle and job sites clean, organized, and stocked

    + Respond to emergency jobs during on-call rotation

     

    What You'll Need to Succeed

     

    + 2+ years of commercial floor care experience preferred

    + VCT experience is a plus

    + Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

    + Positive attitude with a focus on detail and customer service

    + Physically prepared for active work (lift 50+ lbs) and early mornings

    + Valid driver's license (Class E required within 30 days)

    + Commitment to safety and proper PPE use
