We are seeking aLPN Charge Nurse. The role of the Charge Nurse is to supervise the activities of the direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services. The Charge Nurse will help ensure fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards.

Requirements

+ Current Maine LPN license in good standing

+ Collaborative work style

+ Excellent observational skills

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Passion for continuous improvement

+ Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.

+ Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.

+ Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.

+ Basic computer skills
