Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a global investment firm based in Dallas, TX on a fulltime basis.
The successful candidate will own daily accounting, month-end closes, investor reporting, and process
automation across corporate and fund entities. This is a new position at Disruptive as the firm continues
to grow and the needs of the business change. and the successful candidate will exhibit a highaccountability in a demanding and fast-paced operations environment with high benchmarks for

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in accounting; CPA licensed or CPA eligible preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or fund accounting.
• Strong attention to detail with a full command of debits, credits, internal controls, and control
environments.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work
independently with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to automate and improve tasks, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, VBA, and macros; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment, including managing books for corporate entities,
subsidiaries, and investment funds, e.g., special purchase vehicles (SPVs) and Series LLCs.
• Demonstrated dependability, reliability, and a "no task is too big or small" mindset. Perform day-to-day booking of financial transactions, including journal entries and expense
accruals, and complete cash reconciliations across corporate accounts, subsidiaries, and
investment funds.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close process for the parent company, subsidiaries, and
investment funds, ensuring accurate allocations and financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly investor statements and assist with the compilation and review of investors'
capital accounts.
• Ensure sound management of company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing
internal controls.
• Participate in daily team calls to align on priorities, resolve issues collaboratively, and ensure
every deadline is met.
• Collaborate with internal groups, including Investor Relations, to fulfill audit requests, support
the implementation of new ERP and support systems, and achieve company-wide goals.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including process automation, testing of internal
controls, and assisting with financial models and cash flow forecasts for corporate entities.
• Support the development and oversight of an accounting team calendar/task list to ensure all
deliverables are planned for and met on a timely basis.
• Assist with managing tax preparers, external auditors, and other vendor service providers as
needed.
