    Job Description

    A quick service restaurant client of Insight Global is looking for a UX Researcher to join their IT LOB focused on operators and team members of their restaurant locations. This team has been tasked with developing a UX research plan for their entire RIOT (Restaurant Intelligence Optimization Technology) space. The ideal candidates will have vast enterprise experience implementing different UX research methods, tools, and strategies with the ability to assess the current state, uncover user needs, then act on those autonomously. It would be beneficial to have a senior resource that has previous experience establishing and/or spearheading UX Research strategies at enterprise companies. This is a remote role working EST hours and may require visiting restaurants in the consultant's area to conduct user interviews with the team members. This Researcher will need to leverage statistical analysis and testing skills in order to capture data on how team members are utilizing products/applications and use that help stakeholders make more informed decisions. The pay rate for this role ranges from $50-65/hour.
