    Job Description

    We are seeking a technical Senior Performance Engineer to own the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of enterprise-level, multi-platform software products. This person will work closely on web, API, and mobile interfaces, with responsibilities around designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests in order to optimize the system performance. Key Responsibilities include:

     

    Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests

     

    Monitor application performance across all environments

     

    Automate performance testing processes and maintain dashboards reflecting outcomes

     

    Provide stakeholders with detailed documentation and root cause analysis for issues

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related

    • 7+ years working experience in full-lifecycle performance testing/performance engineering form bottleneck identification to business solutioning

    • Expertise with performance tools like JMeter and LoadRunner

    • Hands-on experience with the following performance analysis processes

    • Heap dump and thread dump analysis

    • JVM memory tuning

    • Garbage Collection analysis

    • Root cause analysis

    • Performance testing background microservice and monolethic architures and cloud-based applications

     

    Proven scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Typescript
