Insight Global's Canadian Banking and Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their Digital, Data, and Strategy team (US). In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of digital banking products, positively impacting client experiences across PP&D (private, personal, and digital banking). This role is responsible for managing core banking capabilities delivered through digital channels, including online banking, mobile apps, and customer self-service tools.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report into the Director of Retail and Digital Platforms. You will be accountable for leading and supporting product development and design, crafting simple and engaging product and client material, and working in collaboration with our partners to make amazing things happen. This role requires hands-on experience with FIS banking center technologies—including Teller Insights, IBS Sales & Service, and telephone banking—as well as the ability to support upcoming deposit platform initiatives and enhance in-branch product capabilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for digital banking features such as account management, payments, transfers, and onboarding

• Translate business goals and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly digital solutions

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends to inform enhancements

• Ensure alignment with banking regulations, risk policies, and internal governance standards

• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage backlog prioritization to drive timely delivery

• Serve as a key liaison between business units and technology teams

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking or financial services

• Hands-on experience owning and/or managing FIS banking center technologies (e.g., Teller Insights, IBS Sales & Service, telephone banking), with deep familiarity across the FIS ecosystem.

• Ability to support and implement upcoming deposit platforms and bridge gaps in branch-level tools (teller, banker, and in-branch technologies).

• Strong understanding of core banking products and digital delivery channels

• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

• Familiarity with banking compliance, digital security, and regulatory frameworks

• Proficiency in product analytics and data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance or related field

• Well versed with Figma

o Other relevant softwares include Jera and Confluence

• Analytical, strong communication, attention to detail, adaptable & flexible FIS experience (FIS migrations)
