Job Description
The Workday Systems Analyst provides system support, upgrades, optimization, and subject matter expertise for Workday and related HR technologies and databases. This role ensures accurate and timely access to HR data through reporting and analytics, supports HR budgeting processes, and plays a critical role in reimagining HR technology, including assessing options and deploying new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday and integrated HR technologies.
-Provide reporting and analytics services, including dashboards, metrics, and ad hoc reports to HR teams and business leaders.
-Ensure data integrity through audits, governance standards, and troubleshooting.
-Support Workday upgrades, testing, and process optimization; identify automation opportunities.
-Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to design and implement Workday enhancements.
-Assist with HR budgeting, including preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
-Lead or contribute to Workday-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Level I: 1–3 years in HR, Finance, or Performance Analysis.
Level II: 3–5 years with Workday and SaaS platforms.
Senior: 5–7 years with advanced Workday configuration and analytics.
Lead: 8–10 years with leadership in Workday technology projects.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in Workday modules (payroll, recruiting, talent management, learning, compensation).
-Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
-Demonstrated ability in application testing and troubleshooting.
Other Skills:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Effective communication and collaboration skills.
-Project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
