    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Senior Change Manager to join the Transformation Management Office and drive strategic initiatives for the organization. This role will focus on enhancing a newly implemented ERP system and supporting a highly customized CRM transformation project driven by the organization's finance team. You will collaborate with leaders, program and product managers, and subject matter experts to design and execute end-to-end change management plans that minimize disruption and maximize user adoption. Key responsibilities include addressing pain points in the CRM and presenting ideas visually to communicate effectively with executive leadership. Acting as the voice of the end user, you will champion their needs effectively to better support the overall organization's priorities.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management

     

    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

     

    - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

     

    - Previous experience in Consulting or System Integration

     

    - Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills

     

    - Extensive experience presenting to high level stakeholders and executives

     

    - Must sit out of Austin, Seattle, Salt Lake City, San Jose, or San Francisco - Prosci or CCMP Certification

     

    - Experience leveraging AI

     

    - Familiarity with Adobe tools for design and visualization
