Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Manager to lead the creative development and execution of talent marketing and employment branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in creative design and marketing for recruitment with a strong background in developing compelling assets, managing creative projects, and collaborating across teams. This role will partner closely with the Brand team and Talent Acquisition to elevate our employer brand, attract top talent, and enhance the candidate experience.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of creative assets for talent marketing campaigns, including digital, print, video, and social media content.
+ Ensure all creative deliverables align with the company’s brand guidelines and employer branding strategy.
+ Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality output.
+ Partner with the GE Aerospace Brand team to align talent marketing efforts with the overall corporate branding strategy.
+ Work closely with Talent Acquisition to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse talent audiences.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integration of messaging across all channels.
+ Design and manage career website pages usingPhenom People CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with branding standards.
+ Create and optimize email templates and event materials usingPhenom People CRMto support recruitment marketing efforts.
+ Develop innovative and engaging content that highlights the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
+ Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
+ Monitor and report on the performance of creative assets, using insights to continuously improve future campaigns.
+ UtilizeAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to design and produce high-quality creative assets.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in talent marketing.
+ Act as a champion for the employer brand, ensuring all creative materials reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through creative storytelling and branding initiatives.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative design, marketing, or branding, with a focus on talent marketing or employment branding.
+ Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suiteand experience withPhenom People CMSandPhenom People CRM.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
+ Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles for website design and email templates.

Pay and Benefits:
+ The base pay range for this position is $96,900 - 129,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 12th, 2025.
