We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:

+ Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise.

+ Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services

+ Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

+ Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goal.

+ Successfully complete follow-up calls.

+ Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.

+ Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

Desired Skills and Experience

+ Licensed Journeyman Plumber

+ Remodel/New Construction experience is required

+ Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls.

+ Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards.

+ Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

+ Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.

+ Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.

+ Hold at least one state license or certification.

+ Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
