    About the Role

    As a **Production Associate,** you’ll facilitate production operations by performing a variety of tasks, including equipment operation, assembly, and inspection. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain smooth workflows and high-quality output.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate and monitor equipment; replenish materials as needed.

    + Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to specifications.

    + Perform general warehouse duties, including picking and packing.

    + Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality compliance.

    + Maintain equipment and keep the production area clean.

    + Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + Comfortable with standing for extended periods and repetitive activities.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.

    Preferred:

    + Experience in production or assembly environments.

    **Pay Details:** $15.46 per hour
