Summary of the Role:

Join **PDS Tech Commercial** , partnering with a leader in the environmental services industry, and take on a critical role in designing, building, and deploying software solutions that support Power Generation IT and OT applications. As a **Senior Application Developer** , you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, develop custom applications, and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability and modernization of essential energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, build, test, and deploy packaged and custom software solutions for Power Generation IT and OT applications.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for existing applications.

+ Develop custom applications and perform data analysis to recommend solutions.

+ Coordinate vendor application support and liaise with external partners.

+ Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotating support schedule.

+ Compile accurate documentation for application design and code.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Required Qualifications:

+ **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

+ **Technical Skills:**

+ Proficiency in **C#, HTML, Angular, CSS, SQL, Oracle, Python, MVC, WPF, MVVM** .

+ Experience with **Azure DevOps** and web services design/implementation.

+ Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL, Oracle).

+ **Experience:**

+ Writing high-quality, maintainable code.

+ Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

+ Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

+ Vendor coordination and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with iterative development and compiling comprehensive documentation.

+ Strong customer focus and communication skills.
