About Walmart Specialty Pharmacy

Walmart Specialty Pharmacy provides high-quality, affordable care for patients with complex or rare conditions, serving all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Our Orlando-based team is pivotal in supporting seamless operations and delivering exceptional, patient-first service. In this role, you’ll help us maintain our industry leadership by blending clinical expertise with operational efficiency to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

The team operates cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and elevate performance across business segments. Their purpose is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer and associate experiences.

What you'll do...

Lead planning and execution of multiple projects and programs across pharmacy operations

Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize workflows

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, asset protection, and patient experience

Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Proven project management experience, ideally in pharmacy or payer program environments

Strong understanding of operational business planning and process improvement

Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment

Experience developing and implementing scalable solutions in regulated settings

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
