What you'll do...
We are seeking a talented and passionate **Senior Director, Technical Program Management,** to join our team. In this role you will report to the VP of Walmart US Omni Customer Experiences and join a diverse team who are devoted to meeting the evolving needs of our millions of customers and associates. As a segment of Walmart Global Tech, US Omni Customer Experiences powers omnichannel shopping journeys, delivering streamlined, personalized customer experiences both online and in-store. **About the Team** We are focused on creating innovative customer experiences that shape the future of retail and commerce. Walmart is an early pioneer in social commerce -an area that is fundamentally transforming the way people discover and shop - through our efforts in shoppable content, social shopping tools and partnerships, and platforms like Walmart Creator. Our ultimate goal is to create cutting-edge experiences that shorten the distance between product inspiration and purchase and make it easy for customers to shop. What you'll do:
+ Manage multiple highly complex projects or a large complex programs by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion as defined in project's charter; serving as the program lead for multiple projects; developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones; developing and executing plans for managing risk; escalating project-related issues to management in accordance with project guidelines and requirements; managing project change control processes; coordinating production issue resolution; interpreting data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management; making recommendations regarding solutions to problems or issues; and presenting project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
+ Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
+ Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
+ Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
+ Act as an altruistic servant leader and are consistently humble, self-aware, honest, and transparent.
+ Create the program structure and share alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
+ Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
+ Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.
+ Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering program outcomes.
+ Manage new and existing technologies integration
+ Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
+ Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the delivery capabilities and challenge others to change.
What you'll bring:
+ _Extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of software products with a massive customer base_
+ _Strong track record in a senior architecture or program management role with large-scale software development projects_
+ _A clear vision for architecture design and great communication skills to articulate that to all levels of stakeholders_
+ _Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment_
+ _Thorough understanding distributed technologies, public cloud technologies, and data structures and algorithms_
+ _Experience working with geographically distributed teams_
+ _Business acumen; combining technical vision with business insights_
+ _Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline_

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00 - $384,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
