As part of the larger Zero Trust Services (ZTS) team, you will be instrumental in designing the future state of data security and governance across our enterprise

What you will do
As a Senior DLP Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert helping to continuously improve and innovate our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities. Your key focus will be advancing network DLP controls leverage our current Palo GlobalProtect platform. Additionally, you will be instrumental in exploring, evaluating, and implementing next-generation technologies to add defense-in-depth protection across our enterprise.
+ Develop, test, tune, and implement DLP rules and policies to audit and control the flow of sensitive data via network channels.
+ Collaborate with our Secure Edge Services team to ensure DLP policies are correctly applied and enforced within SaaS applications.
+ Apply your deep network engineering and data security expertise to solve complex data protection challenges.
+ Drive initiatives to establish cross-technology integrations such as, Microsoft Sensitivity Labels for data classification and enforcement.
+ Govern implemented DLP policies, reporting on their effectiveness and communicating security concerns to technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential qualifications:
+ **Experience:** 5+ proven years of experience as a DLP Engineer, with specific focus on network-based DLP.
+ Deep expertise with Palo Alto GlobalProtect for Network DLP, including policy development, testing, and tuning.
+ Working knowledge of security tools and platforms, including Splunk, ServiceNow, and an understanding of AWS and Azure cloud security concepts.
+ Experience in a network engineering role or with network security platforms like FortiNet and Cisco CLI.
+ Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of driving process improvements across multiple teams.
Additional desired and valuable skills:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft DLP (Purview) and a strong understanding of Microsoft Sensitivity Labeling for data classification and enforcement.
+ Familiarity with other data security technologies like Endpoint DLP or Storage DLP.
+ Experience with API security or Graph API.
A little about the Data Security Team:
You will join a highly skilled and focused team providing excellent data security services, strategies, & processes. We protect sensitive ADP client and company data throughout the data life cycle. Responsibilities include protecting company and client data from exploitation or misuse, leading the design and implementation of data security and privacy policies, identifying weak control areas and engineering relevant mitigating controls, and mitigating operational risks associated with data in motion and at rest.. We help develop, enhance and drive the vision & effectiveness of the data security program.
