What You'll Do
Are you passionate about digital analytics and data-driven digital optimization? Do you love digging into behavioral analytics and channel performance? We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join our Performance & Analytics team in Enterprise Marketing Operations! Through in-depth analysis, action-oriented insights, and data storytelling, you’ll play a key role in helping marketers understand campaign performance and maximize efficiency.
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will help translate marketing and social media goals into sustainable measurement strategies, analyze performance, provide recommendations, and help evolve how we measure success in a vast digital environment. You will partner closely with campaign managers, business leaders, and technology partners to enable scalable measurement solutions and drive campaign results.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have: An understanding of omni-channel marketing campaign strategy; Analytical expertise across web and digital journeys; in-depth knowledge about success and optimization of social strategies; Strong consulting and influencing abilities.
Responsibilities will include:
+ Campaign analytics and insights: Analyze performance across paid and owned channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.
+ Measurement strategy: Consult with marketing partners to understand their campaign goals and marketing executions and how those translate into measurable requirements.
+ Data storytelling: Translate complex and multi-channel data into clear narratives that highlight key trends, learnings, and recommendations.
+ Performance management: Partner with marketing channel teams to define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and track progress against goals.
+ Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Execution owners, Data enablement, Technology, and Media teams to ensure accurate data capture, tagging, and data integration across channels.

Who You Are
+ achelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
+ 2+ years of experience in measuring marketing campaigns across web and social channels.
+ Proven ability to gather and translate marketing data requirements into actionable solutions—defining target audiences, collaborating with technical teams, and managing timelines and resources through the data lifecycle.
+ Proficient understanding of data layers, tagging strategies, and custom metric structures.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see both technical details and the broader business context.
+ Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively to stakeholders across greatly varied degrees of technical range.
+ Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Behavior Analytics platforms, and Social Media Management solutions preferred.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$71250 - $95950 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role is hiring in Des Moines, IA and offers in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements.
