Your Responsibilities

As a **Part Time Student** for **Deere & Co World HQ** located in any company facility based in US, you are responsible for working with the engineering team that does the design, development, integration, and documentation of the sensing & automation products for combine harvesters.

+ Help develop & document customer use cases

+ Help develop & validate control hypothesis against large datasets

+ Help process large data sets to gain insights for future product development

+ Help build tools that aid in the development & validation of future products

What Skills You Need

+ Graduation date of December 2026 or later

+ Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

+ Available to work during the academic year (16-20 weekly)

+ Available to work during the summer semester (30-40 weekly)

+ Pursuing a bachelor or master of science degree in engineering (others may apply)

+ Experience using MATLAB tools

+ Experience and/or education in control system design

+ Experience with and/or desire to learn grain combine theory & operation

+ Excellent communication skills & self-motivated

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Previous product engineering design, verification, or validation internships or co-op work experience

Education

+ Pursuing a Masters or Bachelor degree in either agricultural, computer, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering (others may apply)
