    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, results-oriented individual to join the KDP Social Media team as our **Social Intelligence & Operations Manager.** This role will support the company’s integrated social strategy by elevating the company’s approach to panoramic social listening, intelligence, analytics, and technology, as well as driving our approach to social governance.

     

    As the Social Intelligence & Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Keurig Dr Pepper Integrated Social & Communications team and will support iconic brands like Keurig, Dr Pepper, Snapple, and Mott's. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing social analytics and insights to capture, analyze and translate social data into actionable business initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the recently launched KDP Digital Command Center, a state-of-the-art room designed to enhance our ability to track, measure and interact. The ideal candidate must be passionate about digital and social media and have a track record of developing successful social intelligence programs either in-house or at an agency.

     

    This individual will report to the Senior Director of Integrated Social & Communications and will be part of the Global Marketing Organization.

    What you will do:

    + Strategy Development

    + Help drive the company’s approach to social, with a specific focus on actionable recommendations across messaging, channels, influencers, and content using social intelligence tools and technology.

    + Will elevate the company’s social intelligence program by working with teams to craft relevant, timely insights by understanding online behaviors of key audiences. This includes identification of cultural insights and connection to campaign performance.

    + Reporting & Analysis

    + Prepares reports to deliver insights that guide content and creative, social engagement practices, media, audience trends, competitive information, and ongoing community management improvements.

    + Pulls and interprets data from listening tools: volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, identification of top voices and impact on the broader audience.

    + Continue to evolve the measurement approach for reactive (e.g., campaign performance) and proactive opportunities (e.g., research/projects/events and present insights back to inform strategic decisions).

    + Monitors and report against brand competitors and trend setters in the social sphere.

    + Collaborates with key stakeholders to align on topics, social media listening measures/filters to deliver on specific objectives and deliverables for custom reports.

    + Establish and monitors best practices for measuring the impact of KDP social media messages that drive key company metrics.

    + Technology

    + Conducts regular audits of tool and new partner capabilities to ensure they meet business needs and drive meaningful insights.

    + Oversee continued enhancement of social technology stack and guide technology partners on updates purpose-fit for the KDP organization

    Total Rewards:

    + Salary Range: $86,000-140,000

    + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

    + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

    + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Research or related field

    + 5-7 years of marketing experience with 3-4 in social listening and analytics.

    + Strong analytical skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions

    + Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines

    + Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

    + Experience with social intelligence tools

    + Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results

    + Self-starter, highly motivated, and ability to work independently

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and core social listening and analytics tools

    + Ability to travel as required
