Come join Lockheed's Strategic Reentry Programs\. This group of diverse Engineers has a long history of supporting the Air Force Mission reaching back to the 1960's\. Today's challenge is to support the modernization of the Minuteman Weapon System by crafting, building, testing and deploying new Reentry Systems and Ground Equipment that will enable the new system to perform for many years to come\. This critical mission area must be done right, pass meticulous certifications and last for many years to come\. If this challenge is for you, you belong in SRP\.
As a Systems Engineer, you will:
• Lead and establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system level design and decomposition into requirements
• Lead and perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution
• Develop solutions to complex problems
• Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning and execution
• Develop plans to on\-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission
• Lead and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews
This role is contingent upon Contract Award\. Anticipated Start Date is February 2026\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience and application of Systems Engineering processes into integration and test activities
• Experience with requirements and requirements verification efforts
• Ability to obtain or current active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
• Engineering Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Requirements assessment and/or management experience to include functional analysis, validation, allocation, and/or verification
• Organized, detail\-oriented contributor with the ability to track, monitor, and achieve progress on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Experience generating collaborative solutions with ability to resolve conflicts with tact and teamwork
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high\-demand, fast\-paced environment
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
