Position:ABA Intake and Scheduling Coordinator
Salary:$22–26 per hour
Work Arrangement: 4 daysin-office/ Fridays remote*.

Position Summary
TheABA Intake and Scheduling Coordinatorplays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients—from the first referral to ongoing service coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with theScheduling, Authorizations, and Employee Coordinationteams to ensure smooth transitions and service readiness.
+ Coordinate and manage all aspects of theclient intake process, ensuring documentation and client data are accurate and complete.
+ Manage and maintain accuratedaily schedulesfor ABA services.
+ MatchBehavior Techniciansto clients based on availability, skill set, and geographic location.
+ AdministerMake-up Sessionsthrough the portal/mailbox and guide BT's/RBT's.
+ Communicate with clients and staff to confirm appointments and address changes.
+ Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling and intake operations.
+ Support theoperations teamwith additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements
+ ABA experience–Required
+ Proficiency inGSuite,DocuSign, and scheduling tools
+ Central Reach experience-Required
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Professionalism, adaptability, and a “can-do” attitude
