Pay: $20/hour with an additional $1 Shift Differential and Production Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday
+ **9pm-5am**
Essential Duties and Tasks:
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.
+ Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality, Food Packaging Safety and other requirements.
+ Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
+ Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material. Maintains other sample requirements as defined.
+ Must be comfortable working with quality testing equipment at the site.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
+ Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics.
+ Two (2) to five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Prior quality experience in a similar role utilizing testing equipment, strongly preferred.
+ Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, positive attitude and well organized.
+ Solid working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
+ Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
+ Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
+ Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
+ Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
