Your Impact
The Lead Analyst, Seller Insights & Experience, plays a critical role in understanding and improving the end-to-end seller journey on Lowe’s Marketplace. This role will turn data, research, and seller feedback into meaningful insights that guide strategy, improve operations, and strengthen seller relationships.
You’ll analyze Marketplace performance, uncover key trends that explain business outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across the seller lifecycle from onboarding and item setup to fulfillment and post-sale support. This role also leads ad hoc strategic projects and reporting initiatives, helping leadership make informed decisions grounded in data and seller experience insights.

Do your Best Work in Mooresville
This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.
What You Will Do
+ Develop and manage a consistent listening framework (surveys, focus groups, roundtables) to capture ongoing seller feedback
+ Build a deep understanding of the end-to-end seller experience and marketplace ecosystem to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
+ Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business and technology partners
+ Create insight-based action plans to solve identified opportunity areas or pilot new ideas to improve the seller experience
+ Monitor and report on Marketplace metrics, including seller satisfaction and experience KPIs
+ Maintain and evolve the knowledge base and other channels to ensure information clear, accurate, and timely
+ Lead ad hoc analysis and reporting to uncover emerging trends, risks, or opportunities that impact sellers and the broader Marketplace ecosystem.
+ Plan and manage logistics for research initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Operations or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
+ 7 Years of experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations
Preferred Skills/Education
+ Strong analytical skills with proven experience using data to drive strategic recommendations.
+ Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities and comfortable communicating insights to executive audiences.
+ Experience designing surveys, analyzing feedback, and summarizing findings into actionable next steps.
+ Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
+ Familiarity with digital commerce, seller enablement, or marketplace ecosystems preferred

Pay Range: $83,500.00 - $139,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
