What You’ll Do

+ Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

+ Follow individualized Plans of Care to help patients reach their goals

+ Teach patients and caregivers safe ways to use assistive devices like canes, walkers, and wheelchairs

+ Provide guidance on at-home therapy exercises and techniques

+ Monitor and communicate patient progress and any changes in condition

+ Ensure care meets state guidelines and company standards

What You’ll Need

+ Graduate of an **accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program**

+ **Current, unrestricted PTA license** in the state of practice

+ **6+ months of experience** as a PTA preferred

+ **Reliable transportation** , valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

+ Ability to travel within your assigned service area (up to 50%)

+ Ability to lift or transfer patients (50–100 lbs.) and work in a dynamic, hands-on environment
