    Position Purpose:

    BI Analyst II is responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of complex projects and solutions to support Internal Audit and business functions. This role requires advanced proficiency in all core tools and strong business acumen related to operations and business processes. BI Analyst II requires technical knowledge and skills, including but not limited to Alteryx, Power BI, Python, SQL and other reporting and data related tools. This role will report to the Manager, Business Intelligence and require to independently manage multiple projects.

    Major Functional Responsibilities:

    + Lead development of sophisticated BI solutions and dashboards in Power BI.

    + Design end-to-end Alteryx workflows for complex data transformation and audit automation.

    + Perform deep-dive SQL analysis and database management.

    + Partner with auditors to identify risk indicators and data-driven findings.

    + Mentor BI analysts and ensure best practices in data governance and visualization.

    + Perform continuous monitoring and data analysis to identify anomalies and trends across business processes.

    + Under technical direction, accurately develops dataset and reporting solutions of moderate complexity to meet the needs of the Internal Audit and business customers.

    + Designs proof-of-concept solutions utilizing an understanding of multiple coding languages to meet technical and business requirements, with an ability to perform iterative solution testing to ensure specifications are met.

    + Designs, develops, and automates data solutions that enables effective self-service data consumption and can describe their value to the customer.

    + Lead complex special projects critical to the business that will span business units.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree - MIS, Business Analytics, Statistics or related discipline

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data or Risk Analytics role

    • Experience in developing complex data modeling and dynamic Dashboards

    • Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, subqueries and aggregations
