    Financial Analyst – Manufacturing | Dixon, IL

     

    We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **Financial Analyst** to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dixon, IL. This role is a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights that drive operational performance and long-term growth.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead financial reporting and cost analysis for product lines

    + Support quoting and investment decisions with robust financial modeling

    + Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

    + Evaluate and maintain standard cost systems and variance analysis

    + Act as a liaison between Finance, Materials, and IT for MRP-related processes

    + Assist in preparing monthly earnings packages and participate in earnings calls

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies (SOX, GAAP)

    + Mentor and develop junior finance team members

    + Promote a safe and healthy work environment through active participation in safety programs

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)

    + MBA or Master’s in Accounting is a plus

    + 6+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

    + ERP experience required; SAP preferred

    + Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
