Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Maintenance and Reliability teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Cincinnati, Ohio
What's the Job?
+ Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain site-wide control systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
+ Lead engineering changes, equipment upgrades, and cross-departmental initiatives to support manufacturing processes.
+ Assist with the implementation of new tools and processes, providing training to team members.
+ Interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams to guide system design and integration.
+ Support system troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex control issues across multiple manufacturing systems.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley systems.
+ Proficiency with Rockwell Suite of Software: Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk, Wonderware System Platform.
+ Experience with industrial networking systems such as EtherNet/IP.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
