Our client, a leader in the service industry, is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Service Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Operations Coordinator
**Location:** Marinette, WI
**Pay Range:** $18.00-$25.00
What's the Job?
+ Receive and assess customer requests for service, ensuring the right technician is matched to the need.
+ Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer service requirements.
+ Maintain consistent communication with technicians and follow up on service completion.
+ Prepare execution plans for scheduled service visits and participate in business review meetings.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
+ A minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with tact and cooperation.
+ Experience with basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
