    Substitute Digital Marketing Instructor

     

    Status: Part-Time

     

    Hours: Varied, this is a substitute position filling in on our Lehi and Payson Campus locations. Classes are Monday-Friday; 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

     

    Pay: $31.25/hour

    Summary

    As a Digital Marketing Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of marketing professionals. Under the guidance of the Director of Programs and the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction, as needed to substitute for the regular Instructor. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the fast-evolving world of digital marketing.

    What You'll Do:

    Responsibilities of the Substitute Digital Marketing Instructor include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing high-quality instruction that aligns with MTECH's standards and the evolving digital marketing landscape.

    • Evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting academic growth.

    • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and digital marketing and analytics best practices.

    • Offering one-on-one assistance to students who need extra support.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Education Requirements: A high school diploma.

    + Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field; or at least six years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and analytics.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

    + Organizational Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to guide students through real-world marketing scenarios.

    + Attention to Detail: Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.

    + Teaching Experience: Preferred, but not required.
