Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As Non-Standard Deal Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating the operationalization of non-standard deals with OEMs. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in deal documentation and execution while maintaining strong collaboration across multiple internal teams.

What’s the Job?
Deal Documentation & Review
+ Manage deal documentation (contracts, amendments, business letters, etc.) for new and renewing OEM agreements.
+ Coordinate cross-functional v-teams (Legal, Licensing, Finance, Compliance, Business Management, Operations) to review and approve deal terms.
+ Ensure deal processes and documentation adhere to the corporate compliance and approval matrix.
+ Track and submit documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
+ Partner with the Licensing team to cross-reference existing agreements and understand custom terms for renewals.
+ Monitor and ensure v-team adherence to stated SLAs.
+ Participate in weekly deal review meetings to provide visibility into new deal submissions.
Deal Execution
+ Troubleshoot operational and incentive issues with Operations teams.
+ Collaborate with Licensing to maintain and update key program documents (Price Lists, Eligible Device Lists, submission forms) and publish to the Device Partner Center (DPC).
+ Support account teams with agreement submissions, Contract Review Desk requests, and CAT submission guidance.
+ Maintain Tier 12 SLA programs and ensure execution excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
+ Maintain detailed monthly reports (e.g., Eligible Device Lists).
+ Develop and maintain program resource guides, FAQs, and process documentation to ensure smooth onboarding and consistency.
+ Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, CELA (Legal), Licensing, Services, and Partner teams.
+ Uphold all SLAs with sellers and internal business partners.
+ Support the broader DPS team with ad hoc operational tasks and program improvements.
What’s Needed?
+ Proficiency in **MS Excel** , including functions, pivot tables, and charting.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust across cross-functional teams.
+ Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
+ Experience in **DPS or OEM** environments is a strong plus.
+ Must work **online at all times** due to data confidentiality requirements (offline work prohibited).
+ Candidates in any time zone are welcome; **preference for PST** .
