Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting deployment and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Location:** Leesburg, VA

**Pay Range:** $59 - $64/hr on W2

**Duration:** until 3/31/2026 (possibility of extension)

What's the Job?

+ Manage hardware and network equipment deployment projects in data center environments

+ Create and oversee comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of datacenter equipment deployments

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute project tasks effectively

+ Monitor project progress, perform regular check-ins, and update stakeholders on project status and quality

+ Identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities, communicating effectively to drive resolutions and minimize impact

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of industry experience, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience

+ Ability to manage end-to-end project plans and coordinate multiple stakeholders

+ Experience working in data center or hardware deployment environments

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Availability to work onsite five days a week during core business hours
