Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Server Datacenter Technician to join their team. As a Server Datacenter Technician, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Server Datacenter Technician

**Location:** Austin, TX

What's the Job?

+ Manage and maintain testing systems, including replacing PC components, diagnosing hardware issues, and assembling new systems for the debug farm.

+ Execute core-level test plans utilizing test automation and coverage tools to model and track results.

+ Reproduce, troubleshoot, and triage hardware and software defects effectively.

+ Isolate issues by running experiments across the debug farm and collecting relevant data for analysis.

+ Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and testing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in hardware testing and validation.

+ Strong background in computer hardware, software, and PC architecture.

+ Familiarity with Windows operating systems; Linux experience is a plus.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.

+ Experience with BIOS flashing, motherboard architecture, and hardware diagnostics.
