    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Operator 1 to join their team. As a Production Operator 1, you will be part of the Light Industrial support team, contributing to efficient assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, hands-on experience, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator 1

    **Location:** Buffalo Grove, IL

    **Pay Rate:** $18.38

    **Shift:** 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform assembly, test, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality and production standards.

    + Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately.

    + Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow.

    + Rotate between operations within a work cell and across departments as needed.

    + Prepare and maintain work cell and department records, ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Some building or hands-on experience preferred, such as manufacturing, food service, or working on cars.

    + Dependable transportation to and from work.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    + Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change.
