**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Pay:** Up to $16/hr (Weekly Pay!)

**Schedule:** 40 hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm)

2. Key Responsibilities

+ **Source and manage parts inventory** for repair operations

+ **Provide accurate cost estimates** and maintain supplier relationships

+ **Place and track orders** with multiple vendors and manufacturers

+ **Communicate daily status updates** to the Service team

+ **Verify receipts, manage returns, and resolve discrepancies promptly**

+ **Maintain organized inventory** and support technicians with part needs

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

+ 2+ years in administrative, inventory, or customer service roles

+ Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order tracking systems)

Nice-to-Have:

+ Experience in parts coordination or service department support

+ Familiarity with inventory/order management software

+ Knowledge of mechanical or industrial parts
