    Manpower is partnering with **Charles Industries** to fill **2nd and 3rd shift Production Assembler** positions in **Canton, MO.** If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a collaborative production team — we want to meet you!

    Job Title:** **Production Assembler

    **Location:** Canton, MO

    **Pay Range:** $16.11 – $16.61 per hour

    Shifts Available:

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 11:30pm

    + **3rd Shift:** Sunday – Thursday, 11:30pm – 7:30am

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

    + Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch products

    + Assist in training new team members as needed

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Dependability and a strong commitment to teamwork

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (a plus, not required)

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
