    Position Summary:

    Provides the Sales and Marketing department with data required to strategically develop, manage, and validate sales and marketing initiatives. This role is primarily focused on and responsible for sales productivity improvement through strategic analytics. Supports corporate and field management concerning the financial value and impact of key analytics such as profit, sales case growth. Provide data modeling, promotion tracking and other special projects of a strategic nature. Support the sales staff at corporate and the field with process, reporting, commission system, etc. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Development and management of sales and marketing analytics including reporting and value analysis, commission support and analysis and special executive reporting (as needed). Participates in structured and ad hoc planning and analysis projects as assigned.

    + Develop consistent and informative reporting models based on sales criteria to track and communicate sales performance to sales, and marketing leaders in the field and at corporate. Ability to scope and manage day-to-day projects.

    + Gather, model and visualize data from across the company. Acts as and is seen as trusted resource for sales information and advisor to sales leadership across the company on issues related to sales and marketing data reporting and analysis.

    + Responsible for training, assisting and mentoring others with miscellaneous procedural and technical/software questions. Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining, consistency and efficiency.

    + Develops analysis and presentations for leadership that contain insightful and actionable intelligence.

    + Evaluate tracking process and procedures used to determine the sales reps and company performance relative to weekly, monthly and annual goals.

    + Effectively works with corporate and field IT, sales, marketing, finance, and payroll to establish data and system requirements, ensure compliance and ensure productive work relationships.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Education: Bachelors - Business, Sales, Marketing

     

    Required Experience: 1-3 years

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Advanced Excel, and graphics programs.

     

    Proficient and prior experience in Microsoft Power BI.

     

    In depth understanding of sales operations and marketing analytics.
