As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol** in **Culver City, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

+ Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries, contributing to a welcoming environment.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to uphold a secure environment at the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ A valid security guard card or license is preferred, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
