As a PATROL_UNARMED Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to support a positive atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and monitor for any unusual activity in a technology-focused environment.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and concerns according to Allied Universal’s protocols and site requirements.

+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance about site policies and access procedures.

+ Collaborate with client representatives and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Experience with access control systems or badge management is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
