As a **Security Professional - Logistics Front Desk Operations** in **Duluth, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and assist with visitor management protocols.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.

+ Communicate professionally with site staff and/or visitors to provide information or address concerns as needed.

+ Maintain accurate records and logs of all front desk security-related activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

+ Support a welcoming and helpful environment at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
