As a **Security Officer - Financial Front Desk Specialist** in **Cherry Hill, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, verifying identification, and managing access control to help maintain a secure and professional environment. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or clients at the front desk of a financial institution location, providing a professional and welcoming presence.

+ Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining a visitor log, helping to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures to support security-related operations at the front desk.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

+ Assist in emergency response activities according to established protocols.

+ Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or local authorities as needed to report observations or incidents.

+ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering directions or support as needed at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
