    Work you'll do/Responsibilities

    + Provide steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours.

    + Provide support for incident resolution

    + Provide support for service requests

    + Provide support for enhancement build upgrade build and support

    Qualifications

    Required

    + 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support

    + Must have an active Epic Radiant Certification

    + Have excellent documentation and verbal skills

    + Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, should the need arise

    + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

    + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

    + Epic Cupid certification

    + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

    + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

    + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

    + Excellent Written and Communication Skills

    + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
