What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within an aerospace and defense environment.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working conditions as required by the location.

+ Monitor for and report suspicious activity to help to deter potential threats to the site.

+ Assist with access control, including verifying credentials for entry to secure areas.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

+ Document incidents and maintain detailed records according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Possess a Level III Armed Certification if applying for a role in Texas.

+ Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

+ An Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.

+ CPR Certification is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
