As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol Driver** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will be responsible for routinely monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence, interact with staff, patients, and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your role involves upholding a welcoming and secure environment, responding to situations with professionalism, and supporting the healthcare team. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to assist with access control and to help to deter security-related incidents.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Collaborate with facility staff to address security-related needs and concerns within the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.

+ Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
