WHAT YOU WILL DO
Global Brand Creative Production is the center of excellence for production at Nike. Together, with Brand Creative, we are the voice of Nike’s heart and soul. It's about telling powerful, meaningful stories across the entire brand ecosystem, leveraging all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage athletes while driving brand distinction and business impact. We aim to make people feel and help them do sport on a daily basis. Global Brand Creative Production is a team of enterprise thinkers who are experts in bringing ideas to life. You will work alongside a team of producers and production coordinators to up-level the team’s deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring and sharing knowledge with each other.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with a team of designers, producers and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also partner with external creatives, commissioning and managing multiple creative partners ranging from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming artists and creators to deliver premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Within the broader Marketing function, you will collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance with our Brand Standards. You will work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team through final delivery. Depending on the size and scale of a project you may be a part of a Production team driving or supporting the work and should be able to manage smaller workstreams end-to-end.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a wealth of production experience across various mediums, including (but not exclusive to) digital, out of home, broadcast, and physical experiences. You are passionate, exceptionally organized and enjoy finding solutions to whatever the challenge. A creative thinker with outstanding communication skills, you thrive under pressure, embracing change and knowing when and where to be flexible.
Whether on set managing live-action production, commissioning an illustrator or animator, or working with an architect to build a space, you work in ambiguity and are energized by the challenge of learning as you go.
When it comes to communication you digest, edit and circulate the most important information clearly and effectively to stakeholders in teams across the business. However complex the project, you always remain clear on priorities and are not afraid to empower your team members. You’re an expert collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and advising others around you, proactively helping the team develop their skills and our creative output. When things change direction or obstacles appear, you are not afraid to speak up in order to contribute to solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct relevant work experience in content production and/or post production.
• A passion for creative production and a commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations.
• Understanding of creative disciplines, and an interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners.
• Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines; excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forward-thinker with solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable.
• Experience with Coupa and Figma a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
