As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for driving and conducting routine patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while building positive relationships through professional communication and customer service. You will monitor access points, respond to situations as needed, and contribute to a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals to the appropriate personnel.

+ Communicate with property management and visitors to address security-related questions or concerns.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
