    ### Job Duties

    Purpose: Lawn and Snow Crew members are responsible for plowing, shoveling, and blowing snow off parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks at residential and/or commercial sites in the winter. In the Summer you will take care of maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mow residential and commercial properties, utilizing zero turn mowers and stand-ons.

    • Utilize other equipment to maintain properties like trimmers, blowers, and walk behind mowers.

    • Remove snow from residential and commercial properties, utilizing a variety of equipment like trucks with plows, loaders, skid steer, etc.

    • Utilize other equipment to remove snow like shovels or blowers.

    • Provide quality customer service as needed.

    • Work at a fast pace, doing quality work and stay until the work is done.

    • Work on equipment when required.

    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High School Diploma or GED

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    • 6 months of experience with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers and walk behind mowers.

    • 6 months of experience with snow removal or shoveling.
