    Shift & Pay:

    + **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM

    + **Friday:** Mandatory Overtime

    + **Pay Rate:** $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Summary:

    Adecco is currently hiring **Assembly Operators** for our client in **Berthoud, CO** . This is a **1st shift, full-time** opportunity where you’ll work with a team to assemble high-quality products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Perform sanding** , gluing, cleaning, and packaging of products

    + Use pneumatic glue guns, orbital sanders, and various hand and power tools

    + Follow detailed process instructions and safety procedures

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Accurately track work hours and job times using a timeclock system

    + Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Team-oriented and reliable

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Able to read and follow written instructions in English

    + Comfortable with computerized time tracking systems

    + High school diploma or GED preferred

    + **Minimum of 3 months’ assembly experience preferred**

    + Experience with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures) is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    + Frequent standing, walking, and manual labor throughout shift

    + Regular use of hands for precision tasks and tool handling

    + Able to lift up to 35 lbs independently (up to 75 lbs with team assistance)

    + Good visual, verbal, and motor coordination for safe operation of tools and equipment

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
