    Production Associate – Temp-to-Hire

    **Location:** Manassas, VA

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:00AM – 2:30PM

     

    Pay Rate:** **$** **19.00/hr

     

    **Employment Type:** **Temp-to-Hire** (Onsite role)

     

    Adecco is currently hiring **Production Associates** for a growing manufacturing facility in **Manassas, VA** . This is a great opportunity to join a team that values safety, teamwork, and quality. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to speak with you!

    Position Overview

    This role supports daily production by preparing materials, hand-packing product, stacking finished goods, and maintaining cleanliness on the production line.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Handling & Preparation

    + Pull and organize pallets of product from work-in-process storage.

    + Dump product into hoppers, remove liners, and prepare boxes for reuse.

    + Ensure only correct, wrapped product moves through production equipment.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Hand Packing

    + Confirm correct boxes and labels before packing.

    + Count and pack product accurately according to batch records.

    + Identify and remove defective product before shipping.

    + Move completed boxes to the taping and palletizing areas.

    + Clean and sanitize workstations during changeovers.

    Palletizing

    + Load taped boxes onto pallets per batch specifications.

    + Keep palletizing area clean and efficient during production runs.

    + Move finished pallets to storage for wrapping and staging.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

    + Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Able to work in a **loud, fast-paced environment** with moving equipment.

    Work Environment

    + Exposure to moving machinery, airborne particles, heat, and noise.

    + Must be able to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive motions.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
