Adecco is hiring immediately for Sorters with a local client in Fayetteville, NC. Weekly pay starting at $15.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This is a first shift position. Candidates must be flexible to work either 4:30am-3:00pm or 5:30am-4:00pm, depending on production needs.
In this role, you will prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, gathering the necessary tools and materials. You’ll position parts and subassemblies using templates and measurements, adjust as needed to meet specifications, and assist with additional duties as assigned. This position is entry level and does not require any previous experience. To be successful in this role, you must remain active throughout the shift and perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility to learn and rotate between different tasks is essential, along with the ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and coordination while completing repetitive tasks.

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
